As an Account Executive at Scarlet, you will own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise deals, partnering with innovative AI healthcare startups and scaleups. You'll navigate complex regulatory landscapes to accelerate how life-changing medical software reaches patients, influencing GTM strategy at a critical inflection point for the industry.

What You Will Do
- Own and win complex 3-9 month sales cycles with technical stakeholders like CTOs and Heads of Regulatory Affairs at venture-backed AI healthcare companies.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise deals through a mix of high-intent inbound leads and strategic outbound prospecting to cutting-edge medtech founders.
- Collaborate with founders and technical teams to refine product positioning and pricing based on deep insights gathered from multi-stakeholder interactions.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses proven sales experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of navigating multi-stakeholder environments and closing high-value, consultative enterprise deals.
- Demonstrates a strong technical or analytical background that allows for credible discussions regarding AI certification complexity and evolving global regulatory frameworks.
- Is a London-based builder with the high agency and intellectual rigor required to thrive in an early-stage, mission-driven environment solving complex technical problems.
