The Role

This is a highly visible commercial role responsible for driving revenue growth across Europe.
- You will inherit existing customer relationships while also building a pipeline of new opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, robotics manufacturers, and industrial end users.
- The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling into industrial automation, robotics, machine safety, IoT, or related technology markets.
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Experience selling to OEMs, system integrators, manufacturers, or industrial end users.
- Strong enterprise sales methodology and experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated success selling technical solutions involving hardware, software, or integrated systems.
- Ability to build and develop a territory with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience forecasting and managing sales activity through a CRM platform.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
