Account Executive

London (Hybrid) · Full-time

👋 About Us

Every year, hundreds of thousands of homeowners could move but don't, and homes that could sell never reach the market. The property market is slower and more closed than it should be. Homesearch is building the intelligence layer that gets it moving, connecting people, homes and agents through data and AI. Our vision is a fully connected, faster, more open property market.

We're one of the UK's leading PropTech platforms for estate agents, helping them win more listings, understand their local market, and turn existing contacts into new instructions. Our products, including HAILO and ReContact, are picking up real momentum and fast becoming tools agents know and trust. We're a trusted partner to Reapit, Dezrez, Rex, MRI and other leading CRMs, and we're on our way to One Homesearch: a single, unified platform rather than a collection of tools.

💼 About the Role

We're hiring an Account Executive to own Prospector, our prospecting product, in the larger SMB space: agencies of typically 5 to 16 branches. You'll win new agencies and manage them as they grow, owning the full cycle from prospecting through discovery, demo and negotiation to close, and the relationship beyond it.

This is a consultative sale to people who know their patch better than anyone. Agents don't buy software because it's clever. They buy it because someone understood their business, showed them exactly where the value is, and made the decision easy. That's the job. And it's why we care most about one thing: you've sold to estate agents before and you have real credibility with them.

You'll report to Chris Manderson, our Head of Sales, in a lean commercial team where your patch is genuinely yours. And it's a greenfield one: Prospector is new to market, so there's no inherited playbook and no list of agents who've already said no. You write the playbook. Most of your pipeline will be self-sourced (roughly 65%, with 35% from marketing), and we'll expect you to ramp fast and be closing within your first quarter. When an agency you've won rolls Prospector out from five branches to the whole group, that growth is yours too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🔥 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, engage and consult with agencies in your patch, understanding the challenges in their business before pitching anything.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, and keep a pipeline that's consistent and predictable.
  • Manage and grow the accounts you win, turning a five-branch start into a group-wide rollout.
  • Run compelling, tailored Prospector demos that connect the product to that agency's specific challenges.
  • Qualify hard, so your time goes to high-intent, high-fit prospects.
  • Keep HubSpot accurate and current, because your forecast is only as good as your hygiene.
  • Work with marketing, product and customer success so a new client's first ninety days match what you sold them.
  • Represent Homesearch at industry events, webinars and client meetings.
  • Use AI tools to sell smarter: research, preparation, follow-up. We care about this and we'll ask about it.
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets, consistently.

😊 About You

  • You've sold to estate agents. You know the audience, its pressures and its language, and you have credibility with them. This is our number one requirement.
  • A proven B2B sales record with full-cycle closing and evidence you hit target, quarter after quarter.
  • Strong discovery and qualification. You ask sharp questions and you listen to the answers.
  • A considered, thoughtful conversationalist: genuine, high EQ, someone who takes a real interest in the person opposite.
  • Humble and inquisitive. You want feedback, you act on it, and you're invested in the team and its journey, because lone wolves don't work here.
  • Comfortable and curious about using AI tools in how you sell.
  • You understand speed to ramp and you've done it before.
  • Someone who wants to grow with the company, and will have earned a bigger role as we get there.
  • Ideally London-based, in the office 2 to 3 days a week. Some flex on location for the right person.
