What's the role about?

Account Executive | Client & Project Coordinator

Ready to take the next step into client account management? Looking for a role where you can build client relationships, deliver exciting projects and grow your career?

Full-Time, Permanent

  • Salary: £28,000 + annual company bonus opportunity
  • Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in the office) Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire - RG41 5TP

As an Account Executive supporting the successful delivery of field marketing campaigns for some of the UK's biggest brands, you'll become a trusted day-to-day contact for clients whilst working alongside experienced Account Managers.

This is the ideal next step if you're ready to move beyond administration and operational support into client account management. You'll build customer relationships, contribute to campaign delivery and gain valuable commercial experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for

  • Supporting the Account Manager with the day-to-day management of client accounts and campaigns
  • Building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and internal departments
  • Coordinating campaign activity to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Managing project documentation, trackers, and campaign updates
  • Collating campaign data, reporting, and customer insights
  • Supporting the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and campaign reviews
  • Coordinating communications to field teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Attending client and internal meetings, following up agreed actions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

You will have

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, customer service, project support, or account support role
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including Google packages
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn and develop
