About T&P

T&P, part of WPP, is one of the world's leading full-service creative and media agencies, connecting talent and tech to drive growth for brands. Formed by the integration of The&Partnership and mSix&Partners, it combines content and distribution into a single, holistic end-to-end marketing solution. As an early adopter (having launched the first AI-generated TV ad for Lexus in 2018), T&P is dedicated to leveraging AI across all outputs. The Role

As our new Account Executive, you won’t be limited to mundane data entry. Instead, you’ll thrive in the heart of operations, working alongside smart, fast-moving teams on behalf of one of the world’s most recognisable, high-impact global brands.

  • Reporting directly to Senior Account Manager Phil Rudd, you’ll operate in lean, integrated teams, gaining hands-on experience across media planning, buying, campaign delivery, and creative strategy.

Your focus will be on transforming Pearson’s marketing to align with its dynamic, agile, tech-infused ethos. Key tasks include:

  • Developing culture-shaping social campaigns.
  • Crafting influencer partnerships.
  • Running sophisticated digital media activities for a massive, globally recognised brand.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Mastery & Campaign Launches

  • Learn & Execute: Master live ad setups, traffic management, and launches across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Channel Ownership: Collaborate with the Account Manager to design, brief, and implement multi-platform media plans for Pearson.

Real-Time Optimisation & AI

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Extract and analyse performance metrics while guiding real-time budget adjustments to enhance campaign efficacy.
  • AI Integration: Work closely with WPP’s Open Intelligence AI agents to automate routine tasks, freeing up time for strategic creative work.

Keeping the Engine Running Smoothly

  • Execution Management: Oversee media bookings, day-to-day finance queries, and campaign spend reconciliations with precision.
  • Process Coordination: Bridge internal teams, media owners, and client stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Industry Networking & Innovation

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate early-stage partnerships with key media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Google, Meta) and cutting-edge tech vendors.
  • Market Pioneer: Proactively discover new social formats, beta-testing opportunities, and emerging platforms—ensuring Pearson stays ahead.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Recent graduate (or equivalent, proven digital marketing experience).
  • Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and brand-building.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with comfort in collaborative team settings.
  • Tool Proficiency: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) + experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Growth Mindset: Adaptable, coachable, and prioritising continuous progress over independent perfection.
