Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established and highly successful full-service creative, marketing and digital agency in their search for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, you'll collaborate across departments including Creative, Digital, Media and Operations to ensure exceptional service is delivered at every stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous agency or marketing experience who is organised, proactive, and eager to build a successful career within a thriving agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to and processing client requests efficiently and professionally
- Managing projects through the agency, including:
- Press advertising
- Printed marketing materials
- Digital campaign elements
- Website updates
- Obtaining print and fulfilment quotations and preparing client costings
- Supporting account administration, including:
- Work-in-progress (WIP) updates
- Purchase orders
- Invoice narratives
- Status reports
- Meeting notes
- Financial administration
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects from brief through to completion
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Business-related Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) with an interest in Marketing
- A minimum of 1 year's experience within an agency or marketing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- A keen eye for detail
- A confident, resilient and proactive approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
