Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will own a defined territory or segment, driving full-cycle sales activities from discovery through close. This role blends relationship-driven selling with a modern, data-informed approach, leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights to work smarter, uncover opportunities faster, and deliver meaningful value to customers. Balancing proactive prospecting with disciplined pipeline management, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while continuously evolving how you sell in a rapidly changing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities using a combination of traditional outreach and AI-powered insights to identify high-potential leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos, tailoring conversations using data, automation, and research tools to better understand customer needs.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools and CRM systems to prioritize pipeline, surface trends, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while structuring deals that align customer outcomes with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data and forecasts, using technology to drive efficiency and visibility.
  • Continuously experiment with and adopt new tools, workflows, and AI capabilities to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships by combining human insight with tech-enabled personalization.
  • Represent the company at events, bringing a modern, informed perspective on industry and technology trends.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Must have RCM (revenue cycle management) experience.
  • Strong presentation, discovery, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A curiosity for and comfort with AI-enabled tools (e.g., sales automation, prospecting platforms, conversational intelligence, or generative AI tools) and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, test, and refine new ways of working.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and adapt to different customer industries.
