The Role: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This high-impact sales role requires building relationships, solving client challenges, and negotiating deals while aligning with Deel’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth
- Manage a ** dédiated portfolio of prospects or clients**, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies for account expansion.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Sales Execution & ROI Delivery
- Present tailored solutions aligned with client needs, articulating Deel’s value proposition clearly.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, lead management, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SDRs, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal) to streamline client experiences.

Performance & Operational Excellence
- Prepare accurate forecasts, update CRM data (account details, activities, opportunities, pipeline).
- Exceed monthly/yearly revenue targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Provide actionable feedback on market trends, customer insights, and product opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications
- B2B sales experience (demand varies by level/segment, per Deel’s job architecture).
- Proven revenue-achieving track record in full-cycle sales.
- Relationship-building expertise: ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling).
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling HR/SaaS platforms or global workforce solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven sales or international contract negotiation.

Base Pay & Structures
- Salary ranges are quoted in USD (for global consistency) and localized to your country’s currency at market rate.
- For commercial roles with commission eligibility: Salary ranges represent On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base + commission.
