Account Executive

AI Startup

£75k + Double OTE (£150k) + Equity

London (5 days a week)

The Company

We're working with a fast-growing AI startup that's changing how businesses manage and grow their client relationships.

Having recently secured £2.5 million in seed funding, they're building out their commercial team ahead of a planned Series A next year. With around 30 customers already on board and strong market demand, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth.

The business has developed an AI platform that analyses emails, meetings, Slack conversations and other customer interactions to give businesses a real-time view of account health.

Instead of relying on manual CRM updates or guesswork, their platform identifies which customer relationships are growing, where commercial risks exist, and where expansion opportunities can be found. It helps customer-facing teams make better decisions using live data rather than outdated information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
