About the role

The successful Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by both acquiring new customers in the EMEA region and managing relationships with our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales and, ideally, knowledge of the Governance, Risk & Compliance space (GRC). This role requires a results-driven individual who is driven, curious, customer focused and excels in a remote-first environment, but willing to travel as necessary.

What you'll do

  • Client Acquisition:

    • Direct sales cycles from initial discovery to contract execution
    • Conduct prospect presentations to showcase the value of ProcessUnity's solutions in concert with our expert pre-sales resources
    • Work closely with our Customer Success organisation to determine the optimum implementation package for customers
    • Identify and execute on opportunities to implement alongside our partner ecosystem.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve / exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Product and Market Knowledge:

    • Remain up-to-date with ProcessUnity product offerings and sales and marketing strategy by participating actively in ongoing enablement
    • Stay updated on industry topics, market activities, and competitors.
    • Provide feedback and insights to sales leadership, pre-sales, partner, product, and marketing teams to help continuously enhance product offerings and sales & marketing strategies.

  • Sales Reporting:
    • Track and report key sales metrics, including pipeline development, sales activity, and forecasts.
    • Prepare and present sales plans regularly to senior management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the software or technology industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of software solutions and the SaaS business model.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in London, UK or Dublin, IE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling to enterprise / mid-market clients.
  • Knowledge of the specific industries and regulatory environments ProcessUnity serves.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth environment.
