Account Executive - EMEA

Head of Account Executive (Sales) – Laravel

Laravel – A Global Developer Platform

Laravel is the most popular PHP framework in the world, with 500M+ lifetime downloads, thousands of packages, and a thriving community—conferences, forums, Twitter, Discord servers, and developer debates.

More than just a framework, Laravel is a complete platform:

  • Covers every stage, from stack selection to deployment, monitoring, and scaling
  • 8 commercial products + 20+ open-source packages
  • Developers already love it: purchasing a Laravel product means teams trust the ecosystem

Why This Team Is Different

We’re in the early days of go-to-market (GTM) expansion. No playbook. No SDR army. Just...

  • Extreme product-market fit
  • A brand that opens every door
  • A passionate, growing team building processes as we go

Why This Role Is Unique

Sales to Laravel’s target audience requires authenticity and deep technical credibility—even if you aren’t an engineer.

You’ll thrive in controlled ambiguity, shaping GTM alongside a collaborative, fast-agile team where:

  • Sales, SE, Marketing, Product, and Engineering work as equals
  • Technical mastery earns trust (so hunger to learn matters)
  • Sales cycles = genuine partnerships, not transactional closes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
