About Workstreet

At Workstreet, we’re on an exciting journey to help businesses scale securely by designing and implementing cutting-edge security and compliance programs. As a fast-growing startup, we specialize in a wide range of frameworks—including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP—empowering companies to meet regulatory requirements and enhance their cybersecurity posture from day one.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Executive based in the United Kingdom to join our growing team.

This is a unique sales role that combines direct selling with partner-led business development. The majority of your pipeline comes through our partner channel, meaning you're selling into warm, pre-qualified demand rather than running a traditional outbound motion. Your job is to convert that demand effectively, manage the partner relationships that generate it, and close business independently.

You'll work with companies ranging from early-stage startups to mid-market SaaS businesses in a fast-paced, high-volume motion — typical deal cycles run around a month, so you'll need to be organised, responsive, and decisive. The sale is consultative. Prospects are navigating real compliance and security pressure — customer requirements, audit deadlines, regulatory obligations — and they rely on you to help them make sense of it. You don't need to be a practitioner on day one, but you need to want to become one.

The best Account Executives at Workstreet are salespeople who have grown into trusted advisors.

What You'll Do

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage deals independently from discovery through close across a high-volume pipeline Partner Channel Management: Proactively manage and develop relationships within our partner channel to maintain consistent lead flow Discovery & Proposal Delivery: Run structured discovery calls, accurately scope managed service engagements, and deliver proposals tailored to each client's situation Executive & Technical Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with technical and executive buyers — CTOs, CISOs, CEOs, Heads of Engineering and Compliance Pipeline Hygiene & Forecasting: Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecast accurately Develop Technical Expertise: Build deep knowledge in SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks to have meaningful, consultative conversations with prospects Collaborate and Improve: Contribute to refining our sales playbooks, messaging, and qualification criteria based on what you're learning in the field

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
