Account Executive - EMEA
Account Executive – Laravel Platform Team
Laravel is the most popular PHP framework in the world—500M+ lifetime downloads, thousands of packages, and a passionate developer community. But Laravel is more than just a framework—it’s a complete platform that spans stack selection, app development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling. With 8 paid products and 20+ open-source packages, Laravel delivers a seamless customer journey.
By choosing Laravel’s commercial products, engineering teams don’t just purchase software—they invest in a predictable platform that their developers already trust and love. The Account Executive (AE) team is responsible for translating this developer loyalty into lasting business relationships.
Why This Role is Unique
This job exists in an exciting early-stage environment with incredible product-market fit, a well-regarded brand, and a growing team:

- Sales is collaborative—not siloed.
- Focus on technical credibility, even for non-engineers.
- Navigating ambiguity while building relationships.
- Partnership across SEs, marketing, product, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Goals
- Build and nurture genuine customer partnerships—far beyond transactional sales.
- Drive entire sales cycles while seeking long-term value over quick wins.

- Collaborate cross-functionally—work with SEs, marketing, product, and engineering to shape deals and drive alignment.
- Adapt in early-stage growth—create processes from ambiguity, build pipeline, and establish best practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
