The Opportunity

We’re seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow the UK market within EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), with a focus on target-account expansion in the ENT (enterprise) sector (companies with 3,000+ employees).

Your mission: Drive revenue acceleration by acquiring new high-value clients, upselling existing accounts, and leveraging Extended Access Management strategies to unlock growth in a highly competitive landscape.

This is a remote role (UK-based only).


Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership & Growth

  • Manage and scale a defined UK/EMEA territory, expanding into new enterprise accounts while deepening relationships with existing book of business. -Develop high-impact sales strategies tailored to multinational Fortune 500 firms, mid-market tech leaders, and emerging high-potential enterprises.

Sales Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Build a robust pipeline through proactive outbound sales (cold outreach, networking), inbound lead nurturing, and internal collaboration with demand gen teams.
  • Mine for opportunities in upsell/cross-sell via deep stakeholder engagement across C-suite, IT, and security teams.
  • Drive strategic account planning with a focus on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and enterprise priorities.

Account Expansion & Retention

  • Multithread accounts, engaging multiple decision-makers to accelerate adoption and expand usage of 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform.
  • Identify and qualify pain points beyond stated needs, positioning 1Password as the preferred vendor for identity and cybersecurity.
  • Monitor and report on account health, ensuring loyalty through proactive relationship management.

AI-Driven Sales Execution

  • Embed AI tools into daily workflows—including real-time coaching, predictive analytics, and outreach optimization—to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Leverage AI-powered insights to refine messaging, anticipate customer needs, and tailor solutions with precision.

Strategic & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Channel teams, Customer Success, and Product to craft transformation roadmaps for client transformation.
  • Represent 1Password at industry events, trade shows, and executive forums to build thought leadership and bridge gaps between sales and product teams.

Customer-Centric Solution Selling

  • Diagnose enterprise challenges in identity & access management, presenting customized solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead discovery meetings, articulate value propositions, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements at the C-suite level.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in high-quality sales coaching sessions to refine skills and exceed performance targets.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, particularly in Identity & Access Management, to position 1Password as the leading voice in the ecosystem.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise security (or top-tier MidMarket/Commercial progressor ready to scale).
  • Proven track record ownership of a geographical territory or country within EMEA or similar high-growth regions.
  • Enterprises quota attainment with meeting or exceeding sales targets at scale (e.g., FGPs by OKRs).
  • Expertise in
    • Account planning & Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation.
    • Prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined cling-writ.
    • Stakeholder intelligence: Mapping buying committees, decision-makers, and purchase drivers.
    • Upsell/cross-sell execution across book of business.
    • Strategic value selling for cybersecurity & identity solutions (IAM/Zero Trust).
  • Confident C-suite presentations, contrasting 1Password IAM solutions with legacy players.
  • Remote work readiness: Self-manage priorities, maintain rigor, and execute seamlessly in a virtual environment.
  • French language proficiency (a significant plus for deeper EMEA engagement).

Technical & Tool Literacy

  • Proficient with Salesforce, Slack (for BD/communication), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Outreach.io.
