Account Executive, Enterprise Sales
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales based in the United Kingdom.

In this strategic enterprise sales role, you will drive business growth by engaging leading industrial organizations, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering solutions that create measurable operational value. You'll work in a collaborative, international environment alongside product, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to shape customer success from initial engagement through long-term partnership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives in a consultative, high-growth environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers across Europe.
Accountabilities
- Own and develop an enterprise sales territory, building a strong pipeline of manufacturing prospects across Europe from prospecting through contract close.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, engaging multiple stakeholders and C-level executives with a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- Identify customer challenges and align tailored technology solutions that demonstrate clear business impact and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and maximize long-term value.
- Represent the organization at industry events, executive briefings, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using Salesforce while contributing insights that support strategic growth.
- Continuously improve sales processes by introducing innovative approaches to prospecting, customer engagement, and opportunity development.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise B2B software solution sales with a proven track record of acquiring new business.
- Fluent German with excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to negotiate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing, industrial operations, or field service sectors gained through sales, consulting, or industry experience.
- Demonstrated success managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high-value opportunities.
- Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe for customer meetings and industry events (up to 40%).
