As we expand across Europe, we’re hiring a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth and assist fashion companies in achieving their sustainability goals.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding GreenStitch’s EU, UK, and US fashion and apparel markets. Your responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships with sustainability and business leaders
- Delivering product demonstrations
- Managing the sales process (from prospecting to deal closure)

- Typical Sales Cycle: 3 to 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Generation
- Identify and engage prospective customers in fashion, apparel, textiles, retail, and manufacturing.
- Execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline across target European markets.
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and trends.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Initiate discovery conversations with sustainability, sourcing, operations, supply chain, ESG, and executive stakeholders.
- Craft tailored value propositions for GreenStitch’s sustainability solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and compelling presentations.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and business cases aligned with customer needs.
- Own negotiations and contract closure activities.
Relationship Management
- Foster trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sustainability, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent GreenStitch at industry conferences, webinars, and forums.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: MBA or equivalent, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative selling approach.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Fashion, Apparel, Textiles, Sustainability, ESG, Supply Chain, or Climate-Tech.
- Prior sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, traceability, or ESG compliance.
- Experience engaging with European customers and stakeholders.
- Bonus: Additional European language skills.
