About Flipdish

At Flipdish, we’re turning the tables in favour of independent restaurant and takeaway owners by offering them powerful, simple-to-use tech solutions backed by real human support. Everything we do is designed to make running a restaurant satisfyingly simple in a world that’s anything but.

About the role

You’ll join the Sales team as an Account Executive - Field Sales, owning new business growth across your territory. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.

This is a field-based, commercially focused role for someone who can build a strong pipeline, run compelling face-to-face meetings, and connect Flipdish’s value to the commercial and operational goals of restaurant and takeaway owners. Success in this role looks like consistently hitting new business targets, closing good-fit customers, and building a well-forecasted pipeline with clear next steps.

What you’ll own

  • Own the full sales cycle for your territory, from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Run compelling face-to-face meetings and tailored demos that clearly link Flipdish’s value to each customer’s commercial and operational goals.
  • Listen, diagnose, and advise: uncover pain points, build a consultative business case, and recommend the right solution and commercial structure.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and move opportunities forward with pace and professionalism.
  • Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working. Constructive challenge is a responsibility: prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
