Job Opportunity: Mid Market Account Executive (MMAE) – Fieldwire

About the Role

Hilti Fieldwire, Inc.'s affiliate is seeking Mid Market Account Executives (MMAEs) to join the Hilti, Inc. team. This position is ideal for motivated professionals looking to drive revenue growth in construction.


Who Are We Looking For?

Fieldwire is hiring an experienced Mid Market Account Executive equipped with a blend of construction and SaaS sales expertise. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with SMB and mid-market construction companies, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closed-won deals.

As part of a collaborative team, the MMAE will:

  • Develop and build a pipeline 3x the size of quota via inbound and outbound prospecting efforts (calls, emails, demos).
  • Lead deals from initial engagement to final close, collaborating with sales management and construction solutions specialists.
  • Master Fieldwire’s value proposition and dominate the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Regularly build a maxed-out pipeline by leveraging inbound and outbound strategies
  • Create and nurture new opportunities, turning leads into paying customers
  • Educate prospects on how Fieldwire streamlines construction workflows
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to strengthen position in the market
  • Execute territory-focused sales methods with a proven track record

Requirements

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3+ years of SaaS sales experience (closing experience is a strong asset)
  • Proven ability to manage contracts with ARR > £20,000
  • Prior selling of construction software is a major plus
  • A track record of hitting quota consistently

  • Comfortable negotiating with executives/c-level stakeholders at client organisations
  • Excellent at preparing and delivering impactful presentations at multiple decision-making levels
