Mid Market Account Executive (MMAE) – Fieldwire by Hilti

About the Role

Join Hilti as a Mid Market Account Executive (MMAE) for Fieldwire! This is an opportunity to be part of a high-growth, mission-driven team within a company revolutionising construction software.

The Mid Market Account Executive drives net new revenue by engaging with SMB and Mid Market accounts across the construction industry. In this role, you’ll work alongside sales management and the Construction solutions specialist team.

Responsibilities

As a Mid Market Account Executive, your key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline 3x the size of quota
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, inbound engagement, demo requests, and closing deals
  • Evangelising the Fieldwire story and demonstrating product value
  • Developing expertise in the competitive landscape
  • Aligning with elite, silo-breaking selling while managing the full transactional sales motion

Requirements & Skills

Essential:

  • 2–3 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role
  • Experience managing contracts valued above £20,000 ARR
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales quota
  • Proven ability to negotiate with executive-level contacts
  • Expertise in prospecting, opportunity qualification, and sales strategy
  • Experience selling construction software (highly advantageous)
  • Methodical selling approach with transparent territory management

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid (Twilight) role, combining office and work-from-home flexibility.

Base location: Hilti GB Headquarters, Manchester (near Oxford Road train station).
