Account Executive - France

Join Choco, where we build and own solutions that reshape a broken food system.

The global food supply chain is inefficient by design. Waste is high, margins are thin, and most distributor order processes are done over the phone, tracked across broad spreadsheets, and based on intuition rather than strong data.

At Choco, we’re changing that. We build software used daily by food distributors and their customers to run their business. It automates orders, reduces errors, and helps operations run faster and more reliably. Because it’s embedded in daily operations, our SaaS platform has immediate, real-world impact, on efficiency, margins, and how businesses run day to day.

As an Account Executive, you will own distributor partnerships from first conversation to signed agreement. Your success directly influences how quickly the food industry adopts better ways of working.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with food distributors through cold outreach, referrals, industry events, field visits, and existing networks.
  • Meet decision-makers ranging from founders and family business owners to CEOs of large distribution companies and help them evaluate how technology can improve their operations.
  • Demonstrate Choco’s products, including AI-powered solutions, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Navigate complex commercial conversations, uncover operational challenges, and create urgency around solving them.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to win and expand distributor partnerships.
  • Contribute to improving how we sell by sharing insights, testing new approaches, and raising the bar for the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring

  • Fluency in French and English (C1+).
  • 2+ years of experience in software sales, ideally across SDR and Account Executive responsibilities with exposure to longer or more complex sales cycles.
  • A track record of owning commercial outcomes rather than just activities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach across different types of customers and stakeholders.
  • Humility, high accountability, and a team-first mindset.

What you get

  • Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets.
  • Work with an AI product with proven product–market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows and directly affecting order accuracy, speed, and margins.
  • Join a global team across 6 countries and 40+ nationalities, building a company that has raised $300M+ and reached unicorn status (~$1.2B valuation) with the ambition to define this category end-to-end.
  • In return, you get real ownership, equity, and the support to do your best work, including competitive compensation, health and wellbeing support, and long-term benefits like a sabbatical (all localized by office).
  • Collaborate with people who want to own outcomes in a messy, real-world system and make it work at scale.
