Account Executive Full-Cycle (Hybrid London)
Head of UK Commercial - Founding Role
NowVision is the independent validation layer for construction: an AI infrastructure that objectively verifies what has actually been built, against schedule and design. Our customers—works supervisors, project managers, and property developers—use it to decide on payments, sign-offs, and acceptance of works. It is not a monitoring tool or a progress tracker: it is the objective source of truth for site decisions.
We have proven the model in Italy. Now we are opening the UK and looking for the person who wants to own that.
The Role
This is not just a seat on an existing team. You are the founding commercial role for NowVision UK.
You own the market: decide who to target first, build the playbook, and win deals with a level of autonomy that future hires will never get. You work directly with our UK-based co-founder, but the day-to-day operations are yours to lead.
Within a few months, you will be the owner of UK revenue, with a clear path to building the team beneath you.
Key Responsibilities
-
Opportunity Qualification & Playbook Adaptation:
- Qualify outbound prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone with technical and procurement decision-makers.
- Adapt the Italian playbook to fit the UK construction buying process.
-
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
- Drive discovery, demo, business case development, negotiation, and closing with MEDDPICC discipline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
