The Big Idea: Help Brands Get Chosen. More Often.
At WAA Chosen, we believe marketing only really matters when it makes a brand the obvious choice. That’s why everything we do – across brand, digital, PR, social, direct and events – has one purpose: to deliver creativity with commercial bite.
We’re an employee-owned agency made up of specialist hubs including Automotive & Transport, Building & Construction, and Leisure & Lifestyle. It’s a place where ambition is encouraged, collaboration is real, and people support each other to grow. Careers don’t stand still here – they move north, fast.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll support the Marketing Account Manager with the end-to-end delivery of business as usual projects and ad hoc campaigns, helping to keep work on track, on time and to brief. From campaign planning through to delivery, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll support the creative process from brief to final delivery, carrying out proofing, sense checks and coordination across teams. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to plan work into the creative and digital teams, ensuring deadlines and campaign timings are met.
- You’ll monitor campaign performance against KPIs, contributing to monthly reporting and insight summaries alongside our Data Analyst.
- You’ll also keep an eye on competitor activity, maintain project trackers and status documents, and attend client meetings with senior team members – building confidence in client conversations as you go.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
