Account Executive

🌍 Can you help us change the world? It’s true. At Mews, we dream big. As a Hotel Tech unicorn valued at $2.5B, we’re propelling new-generation cloud technology within global hospitality. With our industry-leading property management solution, we’re enabling the world’s most revolutionary hospitality brands to accelerate their digital transformation.

We’re on the lookout for ambitious, tenacious and passionate people who want to join the next generation of innovators and disrupt the hospitality industry with us. Sound good so far? Keep reading and tumble down the Mews rabbit hole...

🧑🏻 💻 About the role First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

As an Account Executive for the UK & Ireland, you’ll own a high- potential territory and play a key role in expanding Mews across the region. You’ll work directly with hotel owners, operators, and leadership teams who are actively rethinking how their businesses run — helping them move away from outdated systems and adopt technology designed for modern hospitality. For the right seller, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful book of business, shape a fast-growing territory, and help define the next generation of hospitality technology in the UK & Ireland.

Today, Mews powers 15,000+ customers across 85 countries, and in 2025 we processed nearly $20 billion in transactions through the platform. Millions of guests check in, pay, and interact with hotels through Mews every day — often without even realizing it.

In 2026, Mews raised $300 million in Series D funding, led by EQT Growth, reaching a $2.5 billion valuation. With the company continuing to scale globally and momentum growing across the UK and Ireland, this territory represents one of our most exciting opportunities for expansion. What you’ll own: Full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects Driving outbound prospecting and opportunity generation Delivering an average of 1-2+ high-impact product demos per day Running discovery sessions and consultative sales conversations Managing opportunities across multiple stakeholders including: General Managers; Owners; Finance leaders; Operations teams Negotiating contracts and closing new logo customers Forecasting pipeline and managing deal progression At least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound prospecting. What success looks like: Successful AEs at Mews: Consistently exceed quota targets Build strong pipelines through proactive prospecting Close high-quality net new customers Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology Execute account-based sales strategies across multiple stakeholders What we’re looking for: We’re looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who thrive in high-ownership, outbound-focused roles. You likely bring: Clear evidence of strong performance in previous sales roles (consistent quota attainment or overperformance) Strong outbound prospecting experience with measurable activity metrics Experience selling net new business Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals Experience with territory planning and building outbound strategies Strong storytelling and value-based selling skills Bonus: Experience selling into hospitality or hotel technology Experience in high-velocity SaaS environments Why join Mews: Join one of the fastest-growing companies in hospitality technology Work with a platform used by 15,000+ properties globally Be part of a high-growth company approaching IPO Sell into a rapidly modernizing industry Work alongside an ambitious global sales team Pay Transparency at Mews Salary ranges are provided in good faith and reflect current market conditions and internal pay structures. Final compensation may be adjusted based on funding, budget constraints, or exceptional candidate qualifications, but will remain within reasonable proximity to the stated range.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
