Graduate Account Executive (360 Sales) – Global Logistics
Field-Based Role (Client-Facing)
£35,000 Base + £35–£45K OTE (Uncapped Commission)

We’re partnering with an international logistics company that is helping SMEs transform their supply chains through an innovative digital platform. They’re now looking for ambitious graduates or early-career individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales.
No extensive experience needed—just the right attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.
The Opportunity
This is a full 360 Account Executive role, giving you exposure to the entire sales process from day one. You’ll be speaking with business owners, meeting clients face-to-face, and learning how to sell a solution that genuinely saves companies money.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to and engaging SMEs
- Managing the full sales cycle (from first conversation to closing deals)
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients
- Helping businesses reduce costs and streamline their supply chain
- Using a digital platform to simplify freight and global logistics
- Building long-term relationships with your customers
Who This Role Suits
- Recent graduates or those early in their career
- Individuals looking to break into sales (no prior logistics experience required)
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting people
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
