Account Executive (Cybersecurity)
£70k base (Double OTE)
The company has been protecting a vast global customer base for over 14 years, using technology developed in house, coupled with a world class managed service team. In the last year, we have turned our attention to managed IT, an area which many companies still struggle with due to low quality solutions and poor service being provided by the conventional IT service providers.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. We do not want any sales person. We want young, smart people who understand IT & Cybersecurity. Credibility is key in sales. We look for high-potential individuals who want to push themselves, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you're ambitious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be part of a company where your work directly fuels growth, this is the place for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Cut through the noise and show prospects why we're the antidote to overpriced, bloated IT tools.
- Build a pipeline that’s real, not wishful thinking, through smart prospecting, inbound leads, and creative plays.
- Lead discovery calls and demos that actually solve problems, not just tick boxes.
- Partner with SDRs, marketing, and operations to move deals fast, no endless handoffs or red tape.
- Negotiate like a pro and close deals that make both sides feel like they won.
- Smash revenue targets and celebrate every win.
- Keep CRM clean and forecasts accurate with no fluff or guesswork.

- You’re curious about tech and cybersecurity; not just the buzzwords, but how it actually works and why it matters.
- You hate bloated, overpriced tools and love the idea of giving customers something leaner, smarter, and better. You question why markets operate in the way they do and always look to deliver a better customer experience.
- You thrive on speed; fast-moving targets, quick decisions, and deals that don’t drag on forever.
- You’re hungry, self-driven, and not afraid to build your own pipeline when leads aren’t just falling from the sky.
