Account Executive
Location: Epsom Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days in Office) Salary: £30,000 Base Salary + £15,000 OTE
The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing software business in Epsom that is looking to add an Account Executive to its expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where you'll play a key role in:

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
- Conducting discovery calls to understand customer challenges and business objectives
- Delivering product demonstrations and presenting tailored solutions
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecasting revenue
- Working closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and other internal teams to drive business growth
- Identifying opportunities to expand accounts and generate additional revenue
- Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals

Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Confident communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a successful sales career
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Resilient and motivated by challenges
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
- Passionate about technology and helping customers solve business problems
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training, ongoing coaching, and support will be provided for the right candidate.
Compensation & Growth
- £30,000 base salary
- £15,000 OTE in year one
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
