Entry-Level Account Executive
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £35,000 basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
Are you looking to start or accelerate your career in sales? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing team in Nuneaton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a successful career in sales. Previous Account Executive experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective customers, identifying opportunities, and helping drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to close.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, resilient, and ambitious attitude.
- Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telesales, or a customer-facing role would be advantageous but is not required.
