The Role - Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join an innovative SaaS business providing aviation intelligence solutions to airlines, lessors, OEMs, and other aviation organisations worldwide. This hybrid role is split equally between developing existing accounts and winning new business, with a strong focus on building relationships across the aircraft leasing market. You'll manage the full sales cycle before handing over to Customer Success, while continuing to identify opportunities for account growth. The role also offers the chance to attend international industry events and expand your network across the aviation sector.

Location

Hybrid working with three days per week in Leatherhead office. The preferred candidate will live within approximately one hour of the office.

Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS, business intelligence, or aviation intelligence solutions
  • Strong commercial sales experience with both account management and new business development
  • Confident networking and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
  • Aviation industry knowledge is highly desirable

The Package

  • £75,000-£80,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission (60-70% of salary) paid monthly
  • 25 days' holiday
  • 5% pension contribution
  • Healthcare after successful probation
