Job Description
Eptura is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to fuel our rapid expansion. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, driving new business and expanding existing customer relationships within our Mid Market segment (1k to 5k employees). You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, selling B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market organizations. Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets while helping businesses optimize their workplaces with Eptura’s technology.

Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with new customers.
- Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning Eptura’s value to decision-makers in diverse industries.
- Exceed quota expectations by expanding existing accounts and driving renewals.
- Collaborate with business development to accelerate pipeline movement and streamline sales cycles.
- Engage executives, VP, and C-level leaders, building trust and influence.
- Develop strategic sales plans tailored to territories and verticals.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
- Stay ahead of product updates, pricing models, and contract terms to maximize selling potential.
About You
- Driven and competitive, with a passion for exceeding goals and delivering results.
- Adaptable and coachable, embracing feedback and learning to stay ahead in a scaling environment.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling B2B applications.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals using solution and value-based selling strategies.
- Confident negotiator, skilled in commercial discussions and pricing strategies.
- Customer-centric relationship builder, fostering credibility and trust to drive long-term success.
- Detail-oriented and strategic, balancing big-picture thinking with execution excellence.
