What You’ll Do

You’ll run a full sales process focused on net-new logo acquisition in the SME / mid-market segment (typically <£100M turnover). This is a hunter role where you’ll self-generate pipeline, execute outbound, and close deals using value-based enterprise sales methodology.

Typical responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end cycle including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, closing
  • Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound and smart LinkedIn engagement
  • Use MEDDICC/BANT frameworks to qualify, advance and close opportunities
  • Sell into multiple industries and personas such as CISOs, CROs, Compliance & Risk leaders
  • Bring market feedback to influence commercial messaging and product direction
  • Collaborate tightly with Marketing, Product and Solutions teams to win deals

What You’ll Need

  • 1–4 years as an AE closing deals, ideally SaaS, following SDR/BDR experience
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline a true hunter mindset
  • Comfort closing £20–40k ARR deals in 30–90 day cycles
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT/Command of the Message
  • Able to speak to your specific numbers and ratios with clarity
  • Resilient, curious, hungry, and thrives in a scale-up culture
