We’re hiring an Account Executive for one of the North East’s most exciting creative agencies. If you’ve got 1-3 years’ experience, love building client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, this could be the ideal move.

You’ll be right at the heart of projects, supporting campaigns, brands and digital work while becoming a trusted partner to your clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships – Become the day-to-day contact clients love and rely on.
  • Keep projects moving – Support planning, timelines, budgets and delivery.
  • Communicate clearly – Set expectations, solve problems and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with designers, creatives and digital specialists.
  • Stay organised – Track progress, flag risks early and manage multiple projects.
  • Lead meetings – Help run kick-offs, status updates and reviews.
  • Report & update – Share clear progress reports with clients and internal teams.
  • Support finance – Raise POs and assist with invoicing alongside the accounts team.
  • Get stuck in – Help wherever you’re needed in a busy, ambitious agency.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & skills:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally agency side
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in design, brands and digital
