Role Overview
Informatica is seeking an Account Executive to join our UK-based Sales team in the Enterprise Solutions space. This role reports to a Regional Sales Director.
You’ll independently develop and execute a commercial strategy to sell Informatica’s state-of-the-art strategic enterprise software solutions, focusing on data-driven cloud transformations, and driving incremental revenue growth for assigned client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & CRM Management
- Own the execution plan for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Create a custom, data-backed growth strategy for each account, including:
- Identifying core business challenges within target accounts.
- Aligning Informatica’s Data Solutions to customer requirements & measurable outcomes.
- Build strong executive relationships at all levels— from leadership teams to CXO-level decision-makers.

Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM forecasting aligned with the MEDDICC methodology.
- Hit quarterly revenue targets and deliver on agreed account/business plans.
- Self-generate pipeline for both short-term interviews and long-term revenue opportunities.
Strategic Collaboration
- Leverage partnerships with Informatica’s Strategic Partners and Marketing to drive account penetration:
- Coordinate custom campaigns (e.g., industry seminars, roadmap sessions, customer dialogues).
- Prioritise high-value events to maximise client exposure and revenue opportunities.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, specialising in Enterprise Software sales.
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in relevant field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of one or more industries:
- Energy
- Telecommunications
- Manufacturing (Across Enterprise & Commercial segments).
- Expertise in complex data solutions for large organisations.
- Strong ability to emulate Data-based decision-making powers.
