In the past year we have upgraded and supplemented our 24/7 manufacturing operation, installing a new, state of the art, 20 unit in-line flexographic press together with high speed digital imagers which is capable of producing up to 2 million standard units of Lottery Scratch card product per day. This major recent investment allows Scientific Games to serve more customers than ever before, at greater volumes and with reduced lead times.
Working as part of the busy Customer Services team in Leeds, you need to ensure the smooth processing and manufacture of lottery scratchcards from order placement to fulfilment. You would have full responsibility for our Italian customer account, the ability to speak and understand Italian is, therefore, an essential requirement for this role.
You would provide daily administrative support for customers and collaborate with our sales colleagues and the production team in the UK to make sure all requirements are met. The role will involve creating and checking all customer and production related documentation, inspecting artwork and proofs, liaising with all internal departments and carrying out occasional press passes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
