Job Title: Account Executive, Italian speaking

Department: Sales

Location: Hybrid (split between site-based and home-working)

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time

Contracted Hours/Days: 37.5 hours / 5 days per week

Purpose of the Role

Reveal, a leader in the body-worn video technology market, is experiencing rapid growth across Italy. As the adoption of our solutions expands, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to drive sales performance, grow our customer base, develop strategic reseller relationships, and spearhead market expansion efforts in Italy.

This role will focus on sourcing leads, managing current relationships, and growing our reseller/customer network, while also contributing directly to key Account Executive initiatives across Italy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international channel sales, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a strategic mindset aligned with fast-paced, high-growth environments.

This role plays an important part in supporting Reveal’s mission to deliver trusted, high-quality solutions that make the world safer.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the principal responsibilities of the role. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated to reflect business needs, provided it remains aligned with the overall purpose of the position.

  • Generating new customer leads, through outbound lead generation activities (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling) and following up of internal leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Presenting Reveal to potential clients & events.
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Supporting existing resellers.
  • Reporting to the Executive Team – Italy, on monthly sales results.
  • Ensuring CRM (Salesforce.com & Gong) is accurately maintained and updated.
  • Actively engaging in major sales opportunities as an individual contributor, supporting key deals through to closure.
  • Leading or contributing towards high-value tenders and strategic bids.
  • Consistently achieving Sales Quota.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B/Channel sales for a technology manufacturer or B2B technology solution provider.
  • Native / Fluent Italian speaker (in addition to English).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for producing high-quality written content for sales and marketing purposes.
  • High drive and energy.
  • Maturity and strong work ethic.
  • Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, with adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, and sound judgement.

Desirable

  • Technical background with a good appreciation of IT software and hardware.
  • Ability to speak additional languages (Spanish/German/French).
  • Experience in sales to Public Sector and Private Sector including law enforcement, security, transport, retail, and healthcare.
  • Familiar with Salesforce & Gong.
