Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive with proven experience in MuleSoft consulting and implementation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT services sales, a consultative approach to solution selling, and a successful track record of acquiring new clients while growing strategic enterprise accounts.

This role requires someone who understands enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, and digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities for MuleSoft consulting, implementation, support, and managed services.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers, including CIOs, CTOs, Integration Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and other decision-makers.
  • Identify customer integration challenges and position MuleSoft-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to develop compelling proposals and winning solutions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM.
  • Stay updated on MuleSoft, Salesforce, API Management, Integration Platforms, and evolving market trends.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
