The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Account Executive to strengthen our growing Private Clients team within Howden Consumer & Local Commercial. This role offers:
- High impact in a supportive team environment.
- Complete your Cert CII qualification while advancing your insurance expertise.
- A position centered around High-net-worth insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Your core focus will be:
- Building and nurturing relationships with an existing client base.
- Aligning yourself with team objectives to achieve shared goals.
- Driving exceptional customer service for critical client needs.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes (the "path to yes").

About You
This is a role for ambitious professionals who thrive on growth and collaboration:
- Experience: Proven track record in developing Long-lasting relationships with Private Clients / HNW Clients.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tenacity & Business Curiosity: Able to identify opportunities, sustainably exploring ways to add real value for clients.
- Consultative Approach: You’ll challenge assumptions, actively listen to requirements, and recommend tailored products that align with client needs.
- Learning Agility: Willing to embrace daily challenges and expand your insurance knowledge.
- Certifications Ready: Opportunity to achieve Cert CII qualification as part of your role.
