What You Will Do

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Airia. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s success in delivering innovative AI solutions to clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Airia’s capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market demands.

What We Need From You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of AI and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
