Position: Account Executive

We’re looking for: You are passionate about bringing Europe’s best clinician copilot to market in the UK and Ireland. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a hunger to redefine healthcare delivery.


Who You Are

  • Clinician-focused mindset: You understand the real-world challenges clinicians face daily.
  • Proven saas sales expertise: Demonstratable experience selling healthcare software directly to providers, resellers, or pharma companies.
  • Winning track record: Strong history of winning new business in private and public healthcare sectors, closing high-value deals.
  • Local market authority: A strong network and deep knowledge of the UK/Ireland healthcare ecosystem and decision-makers.
  • Curiosity-driven sales approach: You engage with providers and EHR systems to uncover pain points and showcase Tandem’s impact on workflows.
  • Ecosystem insider: You understand the relationships between payors, providers, and system suppliers (e.g. EHRs).
  • Fast-paced agility: Comfortable tackling diverse, non-linear projects with energy and adaptability.
  • Authentic empathy for healthcare: Excited about improving operational efficiency while enhancing clinician and patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

You will be the face of Tandem in the UK and Ireland, building market share and championing the product’s impact. Your focus areas include:

Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Ecosystem engagement: Distribute thought leadership and syndicate messaging through healthcare corridors (public/private, community/hospitals).
  • Pitch development: Design and deliver bespoke proposals that align Tandem’s value with client strategic objectives.
  • Commercial execution: Own the sales pipeline, execute closing strategies, and secure high-quality deals.

Customer Success & Onboarding

  • Contribute to building a local customer success team by:
    • Partnering with UK/Ireland adopters to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
    • Delivering in-person on-site support to deployments (expect significant travel).
    • Maintaining engagement so users maximise value from Tandem daily.

Market Insights & Product Alignment

  • Lead competitive market analysis in the UK/Ireland.
  • Share actionable insights back to the product team to align functionality with market needs.
  • Guarantee Tandem’s copilot meets operational realities in the region’s care systems.

Location & Expectations

We embrace flexible, collaborative work while prioritising regular team connection and growth.

  • Working Model: Main hub at London office with hybrid flexibility (collaboration sits at the heart of everything we do).
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Frequent visits to hospital sites across the UK to support deployments.
    • Ability to spend extended periods on-site during campaigns (complete focus is expected).
    • Regular trips to Stockholm for cross-e Catalyst adopt a truly collaborative and results-driven unto international teams. Those who rise in healthcare together.
