Account Executive, M&A Deals - With Intelligence

Account Executive

About the Role

M&A Deals is a new deal origination and market mapping tool designed for private markets. By combining trusted SPS data, proprietary forward-looking M&A news (The Deal), and With Intelligence’s fund-level granularity, our platform helps clients:

  • Make smarter investment decisions
  • Uncover proprietary opportunities
  • Identify coverage gaps in the market

We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to spearhead the growth of this transformative product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development

    • Identify and engage private equity clients with a consultative approach.
    • Tailor solutions to their unique needs using data-driven insights.
  • Relationship Building

    • Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and industry leaders.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping them leverage M&A Deals effectively.
  • Market Intelligence

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and client priorities.
    • Position SPS as the go-to solution for market intelligence.
  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
    • Contribute to seamless customer experiences across departments.
  • Performance Tracking

    • Use our CRM system to log activities, forecast opportunities, and track metrics.
    • Proactively report progress and optimize strategies based on KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement

    • Engage in professional development to sharpen sales acumen.
    • Drive team success through self-initiated growth and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven industry experience in sales, ideally in financial services or private equity.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets—proven ability to grow revenue.
  • Exemplary communication skills for engaging clients at all organizational levels.
  • Agility in fast-paced environments—adapt strategies to meet dynamic market demands.
  • Collaborative mindset, willingness to cross-functional problem-solving and idea-sharing.
  • Proactive attitude—self-motivated, client-centric, and eager to enhance workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits (US Candidates Only)

  • Base Salary: Up to $90,000/year, adjusted for location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Annual Incentive Plan included (adheres to structured contributions).
