Account Executive (Mid-Market Sales) - Martech / Ecom London | Hybrid (2 Days a week)
£60,000 - £85,000 Base + Double OTE + Benefits

We're partnering with a high-growth, market-leading MarTech business that is transforming how retailers and consumer brands engage, convert and retain customers across digital channels. Working with the biggest Retailers and Brands Globally, they are looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK retail and ecommerce mid-market landscape.

This is an opportunity to join a category-defining technology company with an established enterprise client base, strong product-market fit, and a proven track record of helping some of the world's most recognisable brands improve customer acquisition, engagement and revenue performance.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, targeting mid-market retailers and consumer brands across the UK.

Working closely with SDRs, Partners and Marketing, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver consultative sales processes that solve genuine commercial challenges for your clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Building and executing territory plans across the UK retail market
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, CRM, Digital Marketing and Commercial functions
  • Running consultative discovery processes and presenting tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling business cases and proposals
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment.

You'll likely have:

  • 3 year + MarTech or Ecommerce technology sales
  • A track record of exceeding quota in a closing role
  • Experience selling into retailers, ecommerce businesses or consumer brands
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and genuine new business mentality
