**Sales Closer – Inside Success TV
Inside Success TV is a TV production company, streaming platform, and marketing agency—all under one roof. We create cinematic documentary films for entrepreneurs and business leaders, then transform each one into a complete suite of marketing assets to help them build trust, authority, and revenue.
As a sales closer, you’ll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can:
- Share their story
- Elevate their brand
- Serve as a high-impact marketing asset in a powerful medium most haven’t explored yet.

EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO Gordon Ramsay HERE)
- Commission-only: 10% of revenue collected.
- Low end: $5k–$6k/month
- Mid range: $10k–$20k/month
- Top performers: $20k–$30k/month
- Most reps work 5–8 focused hours/day.
- Top reps build a recurring book of business—some earn $10k–$15k/month just from past clients after ~1 year.
- Heavy training investment, but attrition is high (~50% of reps leave within 30 days). Those who stick it out often excel.
THE ROLE
What you’ll do:
- Conduct ethical, consultative sales calls (no sleazy tactics—100% sales audited).
- Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls per day (all inbound, booked via a Typeform application).
- Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
- Be fully professional—record camera on, crime-free background, reliable tech setup (SMS, CRM, reports, Zoom).
- Attend morning training every day.
- Work 100% remotely, with a professional setup.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital software (Zoom, Typeform).
- Strong consultative selling skills—this is a high-ticket B2C sale.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or branding.
- High-ticket sales or B2B sales background.
- Former role as Account Executive or inbound Sales Rep.
- Entrepreneurial/founder mindset (bonus, but not essential).
