Your mission at Mercanis As an Account Executive at Mercanis, you are the central point of contact for our medium-sized and enterprise customers in the UK. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle - from identifying strategic target customers to determining requirements and presenting products to closing deals. With your passion for innovative SaaS solutions, you advise decision-makers as an equal and position Mercanis as an enabler of successful procurement transformation. Your Responsibilities on this role Manage the entire sales process - from identifying potential customers to the initial approach and successful closing. Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to demonstrate the added value of Mercanis to decision makers. Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a strong network in relevant industries. Work closely with the marketing and customer success team to effectively qualify leads and maximize sales potential together. Understand the individual challenges of potential customers and develop customized solutions. Continuously track your sales metrics and use them to prioritize your pipeline and achieve your goals. Actively contribute ideas to further develop our sales strategies and processes to drive Mercanis' growth. Role requirements Experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a procurement or supply chain environment. Proven success in new B2B customer business (mid-market/enterprise). Strong presentation and negotiation skills; confident manner at decision maker level. Analytical flair for customer needs and a real hunter mindset.
