Account Executive, Mid-Market, London
Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Mid-Market Account Executive based in London, you will lead fast-moving, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations. You will be instrumental in expanding Profound’s reach across the UK and Europe, and as one of the founding members of our London office, you will help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion in the region.
What You’ll Do
Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging Help lay the foundation for our London office, influencing process, culture, and playbook development as we grow

Who You Are
A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel and adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment Entrepreneurial and hands-on, energized by building something new and driving early traction in a growing region Resilient, curious, and motivated by impact, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
Location
This is an on-site role based in our King's Cross, London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
