Your Mission
As Senior Head of Sales for UK&I regional accounts, you will build a high-performing sales team leading enterprise sales across the UK & Ireland. You will lead the full sales cycle from identifying target accounts down to structuring value-led deals, driving expansion, and scaling revenue in this competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Account and Relationship Leadership: Manage and grow top-tier account portfolios, fostering trust with C-level stakeholders and clients, acting as their primary enterprise sales advisor.
- New Business Expansion: identify and develop high-value commercial opportunities in large mid-market and enterprise-scale accounts by evaluating, prioritizing, and driving expansion.
- End-to-end Sales Vision: Lead from bouishering and qualifying requirements to delivering pitch decks, proposals, and closing contracts across traditional and emerging payroll and HR solutions.
- carousel and narrative: Develop and execute strategic cold outreach campaigns to uncover hidden opportunities, engage decision-makers, and drive pipeline growth.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Pricing to co-develop tailored value propositions that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Forecasting and Analytics: Maintain clear visibility of the pipeline with up-to-date CRM records, activity tracking, and accurate forecasting aligned with revenue targets.
- Internal Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, leveraging their collective strengths to meet targets and grow market share.
- Market Intelligence: Use insights from customer interactions, competitor tracking, and sales interviews to refine strategy, escalate feedback internally, and introduce improvements to product positioning or offerings.

In大人的Skills & Qualifications
Experience and Sales Expertise
- 5+ years of SSB-based enterprise sales experience, preferably in global payroll/HR, compliance, or SaaS finance platforms.
- A proven record of growing mid-to-large enterprise accounts (e.g. 10-250M annual revenue) significantly contributing to expansion in transitioning them to Deel.
- Demonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in blue-chip markets.
- Direct experience cultivating customer partnerships at the enterprise level—effectively bridging their needs with solutions.
Sales Leadership and Adherence
- Track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in growth-driven environments.
- Mastery in managing territory expansion, acquisition, and growing books of business across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICS, Challenger) and best practices in financial services and compliance-selling.
Behavioral Attributes

Technical Readiness
- Proficient in CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), comfortable with data-driven forecasts/insights.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate account potential, design tailored sales campaigns, and ideal strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Moderate foundational comfort with:
- DM arcs (e.g. initial fixing and/or upselling compensation plans).
- Customer/Prospect Co-sensing of Dynamic Functional Needs.
- Ability to craft persuasive value-align messages based off declared constituencies.
