Account Executive

Account Executives - Manchester & London/South East

Salary: £60,000–£90,000 basic + double OTE (uncapped) | Top performers £250-300k

Would you like to join a UK business that is sky-rocketing to £300mil turnover and top salespeople are earning £300k?

Work with a senior leadership team who have scaled and sold tech businesses very successfully and are dong it again in a Leading Software Development Company

You could have sold any tech solution for this, SaaS, Services or Cyber. Sales ability and track record is the most important thing.

About the Company

Our client is a leading UK software development company, established in 2002 and now employing over 1,300 professionals globally. They’ve built an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality nearshore software engineering and digital transformation services to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

The Opportunity

As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking more senior sales professionals to join their expanding UK commercial team. You’ll be selling mission-critical software engineering and digital delivery solutions into C-suite and technology leadership across enterprise organisations, helping them overcome skill shortages and accelerate digital initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
