  • Consultant Co-ordination: Support the onboarding of TDS consultants into new client environments, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated transition which includes:
    • Managing Consultant and client documentation requirements including personal documentation, ID verification, security clearances, and compliance records.
    • Monitor Consultant screening and documentation expiry dates & ensure refresh processes are done in a timely manner to minimise project disruption.
    • Co-ordinate internal movement and allocation of Consultants between client assignments.
    • Create and maintain Consultant profiles, co-ordinate project initiation meetings, and support seamless onboarding phases.
    • Manage client and Consultant offboarding processes, including co-ordination and return of specialist equipment and assets.
  • Account Documentation: Issue and manage account-related documentation including timesheets, Statements of Work (SoWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other contractual materials.
  • Escalation Support: Support Senior Account Managers and Heads of Practice in responding to consultant-identified issues or opportunities, helping to coordinate appropriate actions and communications.
  • Build technical knowledge: With the support of the Senior Account Manager and SMEs within the business, build your understanding of our service offerings and the technical capabilities of TDS.
  • Proposals & Case Studies: Keep client proposals and case studies up to date, working with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, compelling, and reflective of TDS's capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
