The Opportunity Due to continued growth across the region, Convergint is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team in Northern Ireland.

This is a key growth position focused on expanding Convergint's presence across Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building a strong customer base, and establishing long-term relationships within the region. Working closely with our operations, engineering, and service teams, they will help drive market growth and strengthen Convergint's position as a leading systems integrator

What You'll Do Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Northern Ireland. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. Understand customer needs and develop tailored technology solutions to meet their requirements. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award. Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity within company CRM systems. Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Contribute to the achievement of individual, team, and company sales targets.

What You'll Bring Essintial Proven track record in business development, account management, or solution sales. Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. hips.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilties. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Full UK/ Irish driving license.

Desirable Experience within the electronic security, fire and life safety, data centre, building technologies, or related industries. Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Fire Alarm, or Integrated Security Systems. Experience responding to tenders and managing complex sales opportunities.
