Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Doncaster. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing ongoing support, reviewing their insurance needs, and ensuring appropriate products and services are in place. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves:

  • Gathering client information
  • Preparing documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Complying with regulatory and company standards

The Account Executive will also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and introduce additional services where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional client service.
  • Experience in insurance broking and/or financial services, with the ability to understand commercial and personal insurance products.
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail when handling documentation, data, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while managing individual workload, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • IT proficiency, including use of CRM or brokerage systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent) or willingness to work towards them; previous experience in an advisory or account management role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of UK insurance regulations and a commitment to ethical, compliant practice.
