OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years. Job Description OFX is seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team in EMEA. As an Account Executive Outbound Sales, you are an experienced hunter & sales closer, with a track record of exceeding your targets. You'll work to identify customer needs, effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. Account Executives who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organization. What you do You will own the entire sales cycle through to close, hitting monthly targets and driving revenue for OFX. This is a true senior level hunter role. Communicate confidently and professionally with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person Utilizing your strong understanding of business and finance operations, communicate, sell and negotiate with Finance leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives and decision makers Work with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are guided through the onboarding requirements Ensure complete and accurate client relationship records within Salesforce Maintain up to date knowledge of OFX products and solutions and the value offered in relation to competitors in the marketplace Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential clients Qualifications What you bring Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in a full cycle closing sales role in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B SaaS or payments, which demonstrated success closing large deals Education: Degree or diploma in related field desirable or equivalent experience Proven Sales Success: Consistently achieved sales goals in competitive fast-paced environment Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process for SMB and/or Mid-Market segments, in particular to finance organizations Client-Focused Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to educate clients and tailor solutions to meet needs. Industry Expertise: Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors. Tech-Savvy & SaaS: Comfortable with SaaS applications, able to translate technical features into business benefits for clients. Familiar with web conferencing tools for product demos and presentations. Detail-Orientated: Experience with CRMs specifically Salesforce. Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records. Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to identify client needs and work towards solutions Communication & Professionalism: Confident, articulate, professional communicator (verbal and written) with strong listening and presentation skills and the ability to establish relationships quickly Collaborative & Motivated: Team player with a competitive edge, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments. Persistent and goal-oriented. Organized & Efficient: Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency.
