Account Executive: £35,000 base + £70–72k OTE (London: Hybrid 2-3 days/week)

We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed platform that’s transforming how businesses access talent and expertise. With strong recent funding and rapid expansion, the company is scaling its UK sales team and looking for ambitious Account Executives to join.

The Opportunity

You’ll engage with experienced professionals and decision-makers, understand their goals, and guide them through a consultative sales process to help them access tailored career and business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running multiple consultative sales calls daily with warm, inbound leads
  • Managing your own pipeline and forecasting monthly performance
  • Closing 10-15 deals per month consistently
  • Maintaining high conversion rates from booked meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or a closing role (B2C or B2B)
  • Target-driven with strong motivation to earn
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
